Air Armory was created for Airsoft players of all skill levels. We aim to provide the community with a comprehensive database of all things Airsoft. Our product listings not only provide the detailed specs of each piece of equipment, but most will also contain professional reviews and test firing results. There will even be special feature videos. Using the results from our in-house tests, players will be able to better understand equipment that typically comes with no instruction or explanation. All Airsoft weapons will contain links to compatible magazines, batteries, and accessories. Over time, we will also link compatible (and recommended) upgrade parts to each item, so that modders can quickly find what they are looking for. Our customizable load-out bundles will be available for newer players to quickly and easily outfit themselves with optimized equipment at excellent prices.
Hardcore Airsoft players who constantly put their load-out to the test need the most dependable gear. They know the difference between entry level equipment and the stuff that is built to last. When it comes to tactical gear, many Airsoft retailers do not carry Mil-Spec equipment. As huge fans of Military Simulation, we will carry the actual brands used by military and law enforcement personnel, such as Blackhawk! and Rothco. Additionally, we have the more affordable brands commonly used by recreational players.
We are developing several features for our item listings that set us apart from the other online Airsoft retailers. Below are some examples of the information available in our item listings. This is an ongoing process, so please bear with us while we compile this extensive data for each item.

Several types of items will have images with at-a-glance manufacturer's information snd Air Armory test data. There are slighly different layouts for AEGs, Pistols, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, etc, Feel free to post these where others will find it useful, but please do not alter them.
Here is a sample Data Card for a battery powered AEG with a breakdown:

*Different types of weapons will have different layouts and information.
- Weapon's name and brand
- Manufacturer's specs and other standard information
- Air Armory results from test firing. This includes the BB velocity with different BBs and the rate of fire with different batteries. Untested configurations will contain "NA" in the field.
- Quick reference information that we gathered while handling, disassembling, and firing the weapon
- Battery information includes the physical battery specifications, and the voltage and maH details the battery if it's included. Otherwise, it will We will also include links to recommended batteries in the item listing.
- The Air Armory battery diagram will help you find a matching battery for each weapon. Our battery item listings will contain matching diagrams. The terms used to describe battery shapes are not always standard, but an image of the layout will remove any doubt.
Note that while other batteries may also fit, we will only link the ones that we recommend for a particular weapon. It is always best to read the full item description regarding battery compatibility, because some battery brands use thicker wires or wrapping methods that make the unit not fit properly.
Test results will have a legend that explains the test conditions. Results are always based on the stock equipment with high grade BBs,

Using Internet Explorer, the code in the field will be copied to your clipboard when you left-click in the field. In Windows Vista, you will be prompted to allow access to your clipboard. Using other browsers (such as Firefox or Opera), the text will only be highlighted when you left-click the field. You can then right-click and select copy manually. We prefer that you link directly to our Data Card instead of saving it and uploading it elsewhere. This will prevent confusion if we have to update the information on one of our cards. If you save it to use elsewhere, please do not modify the image.
Item Descriptions:
Weapon listings will contain links to historical data about the equipment. In the item description we will compare the airsoft replica features to those from the real steel counterpart.
The bullet point list in the text part of the decription will contain links to compatible items. This will include batteries, magazines, and upgrade parts.

Air Armory owes a lot of thanks to the New Jersey Airsoft community. There will be some nice feature announcements for local players coming soon. For example, you will be able to pre-order equipment for the upcoming games we are attending, and have your items brought to you at no additional cost. The East Coast was sorely lacking a serious Airsoft retailer, and we are aiming to fill that void.
