Q: Does Air Armory have a walk-in store? A: Not just yet. Opening a retail store is certainly on our list of things to do, so we are in the process of scouting out potential retail locations. If you'd really like to see this happen, make sure to support us by ordering something! Q: How can I contact Air Armory sales or support? A: Our Contact Us page will get you in touch with one of our employees 24/7. In the rare event that we are sleeping, you may have to wait a short while for a reply. If the reply is buried in typos, we either just woke up, or haven't slept yet. If you want to contact us about a particular order, you can use our order ticket system in the Review and Track Previous Orders area after logging in. We now have an office line available as well: 1-862-252-6804. Generally e-mail will get you the fastest results, because we receive them on a handheld device, even during nights and weekends. Q: Does Air Armory offer Gift Certificates? A: We certainly do! Simply create an account (or log in, if you've already registered), and the first page you are taken to has a Gift Certificate link. Click on that to get started. As soon as the order is reviewed, the gift certificate will be automatically sent to the recipient. If you would prefer a printed & laminated gift certificate, we can mail them out at no additional cost. Just Contact Us instead of using the form above. Q: How soon will my order ship? A: We do our best to ship out orders the same day we receive them. Orders placed during the weekend or after 6:30PM EST on weekdays will generally ship the next business day. If one or more items are in your shopping cart that contains "Ships in 2-3 days" in the item description, the whole order will be held until all of your items are ready to ship. We have no concept of the term "Business hours," at Air Armory... So basically, if it's possible to get your order into the UPS system, we find a way to do it. Q: How can I track my order? A: When we process your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that generally contains your UPS tracking number. You can use that to track the shipment through UPS directly. You can also Log In to our site at any time and then click Review and Track Previous Orders to see your order status and UPS Tracking Number (once processed). If you have selected our USPS $2 shipping option (available on select items), there is no tracking option available. Please note: UPS initially calculates the delivery date based on the day the label is created. If we generate your shipping label after the last UPS pick-up, the actual delivery date will be delayed by one business day. The most accurate delivery date will be calculated once UPS scans the package into their system. Q: How do I cancel my order? A: Simply send us an e-mail with your order number and tell us you would like to cancel. Orders can easily be cancelled if we are notified before we ship them. We will provide you with an e-mail confirmation when your order has been cancelled. If the order has already shipped, please do not open the box. We will refund the order amount once the items are sent back to us (at the customer's expense for shipping). The actual shipping charges will not be refunded. If the order qualified for free shipping, we will let you know the difference of the refund amount. Note: For Credit Card payments, our payment processor may show the charge on your account even after the void is processed. Please allow 24-48 hours after we process your refund for it to be reflected on your account. Q: Does Air Armory ship outside the US? A: At this time our site does not support shipping outside of the US. While we are working on the interface for international customers, feel free to Contact Us about products you are interested in. Q: My item looks like it had already been opened. What gives? A: It is important to understand that Airsoft equipment has a long journey before it reaches you, the end customer. Often times the container (and sometimes the contents!) take damage during the shipping process from overseas. Airsoft equipment is often opened by customs for inspection because of the extreme likeness to real-steel firearms. Local distributors also may open the items for testing. These procedures are out of our control. Additionally, we inspect or test items that look like they may have been damaged on route to our warehouse. We often add protective materials to items that aren't packed properly by the manufacturer. This helps save the time and cost associated with returns due to damaged/defective products. Unlike some other sites out there, we will never sell a used item as new. We have an inspection procedure to deal with returns, and sell them as either used or open box equipment. Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Each of the items we carry has different warranty coverage based on the brand and product line. We are building a system to display this important information in each item listing, so for now please Contact Us for details on the items you are interested in. Most equipment that carries no coverage from the manufacturer are still protected against being DOA by Air Armory. Due to the nature of upgrade parts and internals, those have no warrenty or DOA protection. Most manufacturers sell a full line of replacement parts, so Contact Us if you need a specific part outside of warranty coverage. Q: What should I do if an item is Dead on Arrival? A: We do our best to inspect items to prevent them being broken or defective out of the box. Remember that our DOA coverage gives you 48 hours from the UPS delivery time to inform us of the problem. If this does happen, we want to get the situation remedied as quickly as possible. The first step for certain items will be to run through a checklist to determine if the item is defective, or if there is a simple fix. Contact Us and let us know about the problem. If the damage appears to be from the shipping process, please include that information. We will create a pre-paid return label to get the product back to us hassle free. Q: Does Air Armory offer repair and upgrade services? A: At this time, we do not offer repair or upgrade services. There is a local airsmith that we refer New Jersey (and nearby) residents to for that sort of work. Contact Us and we'll get you in touch with his shop. They are masters with AEGs, but have just recently started work on gas-powered airsoft guns. Because of the expense of shipping AEGs, it's generally best to find a local airsmith. This way you'll also have someone to cry to if parts of your gearbox start spewing out of your barrel! If you run an Airsoft Repair Shop and want us to refer local business to you, be sure to Let Us Know! Q: If I have to pull the trigger, what is "Automatic" about an AEG?
